How early should I order?
Please book custom cakes at least 3 days ahead. Weekends and big occasions (weddings, graduations, Christmas) fill fast, so earlier is better.
What's the difference between hard and soft icing?
Hard icing (fondant) gives a smooth, firm finish that holds detailed shapes and figures, great for themed and tiered cakes. Soft icing (whipped cream/buttercream) is light and creamy, perfect for drip, floral and classic designs.
Can I send a photo of the design I want?
Yes! Send your inspiration photo on WhatsApp and we'll customize it to your colours, size and budget.
Can I mix flavours in one cake?
Yes, combo flavours are available on request, just tell us your favourites.
How should I store my cake?
Keep it in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate cream-based (soft icing) cakes and bring them out about 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy within 2–3 days for best taste.
How do I pay?
WhatsApp us for payment details when you confirm your order.
Do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
Pickup is available in Juja. For delivery areas and fees, WhatsApp us with your location for details.
